We ship our products to all 50 states!

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only.  You may be eligible to return unopened items in the original packaging in exchange for the same item, or equivalent item.  Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

We only exchange items if they are defective, or damaged, or for size.  In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us using our order contact form with details of the product and the defect.  We will request photos from you as proof of any damages.

Exchanges do not include prepaid shipping and handling charges.  Shipping charges for all returns are the responsibility of the customer.  In the event the item is defective and we do not have a suitable replacement item for you, we may refund you the amount of that item plus shipping.
